Cedar

Cedar STK – select tight knot – this grade of cedar is typically used in construction of fences and decks. The terminology used to describe the grades are as follows for STK material:

• S1S2E – surfaced one side and two edges

• G1S – surfaced one side

• 4Square – good four sides finished

• S4S – surfaced four sides

• RGH – rough cedar this is dimensional cedar lumber generally used in pergolas, gazebos and other outdoor structures

• KD Clear – kiln dried and mostly knot free. (pin knots meet classification) This is typically the highest grade of cedar and generally used in finishing, cabinetry, indoor and high visibility areas

• Live Edge – when available live edge cedar materials are in stock, these are typically used in furniture, mantle and shelf construction

Fir

Fir timbers – we carry large fir timbers when available that are generally used in pergola and outdoor structures.
